Sarah Ferguson had her wedding to Prince Andrew in 1986. 

The redhead, now 58, then became the Duchess of York and has held the title since, even after her divorce from the Prince in 1996.

Since then, Sarah has had numerous jobs, including working with Avon and Weight Watchers as a brand ambassador.  

But what did the Duchess of York do before she married into the Royal Family?

Unlike some members of the Royal Family, Sarah Ferguson held a number of non-royal jobs before she married Andrew.

She attended Hurst Lodge School, in Ascot, an independent co-ed school.

She then took a course at Queen’s Secretarial College in Kensington, leaving at age 18.

From then on Sarah worked in a public relations company in London.

She went on to work for an art gallery and later a publishing company, before meeting Andrew.

Sarah shares a former career with her daughter Princess Eugenie, 27, who works as an associate director at art gallery Hauser & Wirth.
