Home-improvement chain Lowe's announced that it is augmenting its national workforce of about a quarter-million with 53,000 seasonal, full-time and part-time workers ahead of what is the busiest time of year for the industry.
The positions, including 1,200 in the New York-area market, will include cashiers, lawn and garden associates, stock, many of who will be hired for the March to September season.
Part-time and full-time jobs are also available, including service and support managers, cashiers, sales associates and stock.
