Karnataka Bandh Remains Partially Effective

Normal life was disrupted in different parts of Karnataka today due to a state-wide bandh called by pro-Kannada outfits demanding the Prime Minister's intervention in the inter-state Mahadayi River water row with neighbouring Goa.
