H&R Johnson, a leading lifestyle solutions provider, plans to add 21 more 'House of Johnson Experience Centres' across India, including two in Tamil Nadu, by the end of this year, a senior company official said today. The centres will have trained and experienced staff to help customers understand their needs and preference and offer the best customised solutions that meet their budget needs, company's senior vice-president, Sales and Marketing, Anoop Sreekumar said. Talking to reporters after inaugurating the Experience Centre in the city, he said it is designed not merely to display the range of products but has an advanced 3D Virtual Reality Platform, where customers can select and view tiles for floors and walls in a realistic virtual environment. The Experience Centre is the second in the state, the other being in Chennai. Stating that the company would soon open such centres in Madurai and Tiruchirapalli, he said the company was looking to have 25 experiential stores by the end of the year. Sreekumar said product innovation is the key focus for this year and as part of it, the company recently introduced the step tile.
