MANILA, Philippines - Will Katarina Rodriguez (in a Francis Libiran for the National Costume competition) bring home the country’s first Miss Intercontinental crown? She’s said to be among the top favorites. By this time, the answer should be known since the pageant unfolded at 1 o’clock early this morning (Jan. 25) in Egypt. The highest honor for the Philippines was achieved by Christi McGarry who finished first runner-up in 2015.
