A TRAIN conductor sacked for taking racy photos on a railway line has no regrets.

Stephanie Katelnikoff, 28, was fired by her bosses after sharing some of her risque snaps online.

They show her in a variety of nearly-naked poses, including some images posing on or near railway property.

It's a saga that began in 2014 when Ms Katelnikoff, from Calgary, Alberta, Canada, was initially sacked by railway bosses.

The decision was later overturned by arbitrators and Stephanie returned to work.

But she would be sacked again when her social media profiles were discovered.

    “It's kind of been a hobby”

    She said: "They emailed me a notice of investigation saying I had to go into the head office for a formal investigation regarding my social media and they gave me an evidence package.

    "It was just huge amounts of screenshots of photos and posts I'd made, and it was like someone had spent hours just scouring through everything I'd ever done on social media.

    "I went in for an investigation that carried over three days and then I waited for two to three weeks and ended up getting told that I was fired because of it."

    Ms Katelnikoff continued: "They did specifically mention a couple of photos where I was on or near railroad equipment or property.

    "They knew that all the pictures to do with railroad property or train cars were taken when I wasn't actually even working for them.

    "And I didn't recommend anyone take pictures on or near train tracks – it's dangerous and stupid – but they cited those anyway."

    The train conductor says she started modelling when she was asked to pose for a charity calendar after some other girls dropped out last minute.

      "It's kind of been a hobby since then," she said.

      Now Stephanie is doing odd-jobs, including cleaning, to pay the bills – but she says she has no regrets.

      "It was actually one of the best things to happen to me because I'm in a way better place now than I was with them," she said.
