REYNOLDSBURG —The Ohio Department of Agriculture is currently accepting comments on a draft Permit To Operate renewal for Goshen Pullets 5 & 6 in Hardin County.
If the permit is issued for the property on 12923 county Road 255 in LaRue, the PTO would be valid for five years.
Copies of the draft permit can be picked up at the Division of Livestock Environmental Permitting office inside the A.B. Graham Building, 8995 East Main St., Reynoldsburg. Also the office can be reached at 614-387-0470.
Anyone is eligible to submit written comments or request a public meeting in regards to the draft permit. A public meeting request is required to be in writing and should indicate the nature of the issues to be raised at the meeting.
Comments and public meeting requests can be sent in the mail or emailed to lepp@agri.ohio.gov. no later than 5 p.m. on Feb. 16.
