Delhi health dept gets 561 NOCs for new Mohalla clinic sites

The today said it has received 561 no objection certificates for new sites to set-up Mohalla clinics, within a day of chief minister complaining about delay in getting NoCs for land procurement. During the health department's review meeting yesterday, Kejriwal had complained about several departments sitting on issuing NoCs for new sites for the clinics. In a statement, the today said it has received 561 NoCs within a day and the number of approvals shot up to 668 with the inclusion of new sites already approved by Urban Shelter Improvement Board(DUSIB). "All government departments swung into action and started clearing the files related to NoCs immediately.
