89th free urology camp held at Sewa Sadan Hospital

As many as 427 patients have been registered for treatment at the 10-day 89th free urology camp held at Sewa Sadan Eye Hospital, Sant Hirdaram Nagar on Wednesday.

These patients include 317 males and 110 females. This camp is jointly organized by Samara and Ritesh Punjabi of Dubai and Jeev Sewa Sansthan. In presence of Siddh Bhauji, Dr Deepak Jhangiani Mumbai, Dr Rajendra Panjabi indore Dr CP Dewani and Dr Sudheer Lokwani Bhopal, Social Activist, Tejumal Dhanwani, Lokumal Aswani and JK Pamnani Trustees, Mahesh Dayaramani, LC Janiyani and Tulsi Adwani inaugurated the camp by lighting the ceremonial lamp and worshipping god. District wise breakup of patients is as follow.

As many as 201 patients came from Bhopal, 33 from Rajgadh, 32 from Vidhisha, 27 from Harda, 25 from Sehore, 20 from Raisen, 19 from Shajapur, 16 from Hoshangabad, 14 from Indore, 7 from Sagar and the  rest 31 patients were from other 16 cities. Surgeons and physicians have started investigating their ailments and diseases and required X-ray, Sonography and other Pathological procedures.

Meanwhile, eyes of 67-year-old late Pushpa Aswani have been donated to Sewa Sadan Eye Hospital by her nephew Deepak Aswani. It is learnt that the resident of MP Nagar Bhopal, late Pushpa Aswani died on January 23. With this donation two blind persons would now get the eye-sight. For the sake of two visually impaired persons, nephew of the deceased took this decision.
