A 65-year-old doctor has been booked by the police for allegedly molesting a female patient in his clinic at Anjana Nagar.
Shivaram, who worked for 30 years in a government hospital, had opened the clinic when he retired. On Monday, a 25-year-old woman, running a fever, visited the clinic. But she ran out after a consultation with the doctor, prompting passers-by to ask her what had happened. When she said the doctor had kissed and groped her, they alerted the police.
