½ lb. mild or hot Bob Evans pork sausage
2 pts. fresh mushrooms
16 oz. tomato sauce
½ cup white or red wine
1 tsp oregano, dried
Wash mushrooms. Remove stems from the mushrooms and stuff with pork sausage.
Mix tomato sauce, wine and oregano together. Use an oven proof container with a lid. Put stuffed mushrooms in a container, pour sauce mixture over the mushrooms.
Bake covered 325 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Can be made a day ahead.
