Kate Middleton didn't let the rain dampen her fashion ensemble.

The Duchess of Cambridge bundled up in a baby blue Séraphine coat while touring the Maurice Wohl Clinical Neuroscience Institute at King's College London on Wednesday.

The royal wore her hair up in a chic ponytail and accessorized her look with earrings, heels and a clutch. She also wore a Séraphine floral dress underneath her coat and held a bright red umbrella to stay out of the rain.

Royal admirers could spot Kate's growing bump underneath her blue coat. Before assuming the Duchess was hinting at the sex of the child, it's important to remember that Kate wore a bright pink coat just last week while visiting Coventry, England with Prince William. She also wore the exact same ensemble (both the blue coat and the dress) when she was pregnant with Princess Charlotte and visited the Kensington Leisure Center in 2015. Then again, she did wear another blue Séraphine dress yesterday while visiting the Green Junior School in London to raise awareness about children's mental health.

It looks like everyone will just have to wait a little longer to discover whether a little prince or princess is on the way. Kate is expected to welcome her third child in April.

During the tour, the royal learned about challenges surrounding maternal mental health, biological factors that can influences a mother's mental health and support that is available to new mothers. She also stopped by a laboratory—part of King's College London's Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience—and received a briefing on perinatal research. There, she spoke with several doctors and professors.

Later today, the Duchess will visit the Mother and Baby Unit at the Bethlem Royal Hospital in south-east London.
