EMMERDALE actor Danny Miller has teased details about Aaron Dingle and on-off love interest Robert Sugden's reunion in the upcoming Valentine’s Day episode.
The ITV actor, who was nominated for a Best Serial Drama Performance at the National Television Awards last night, has often spoken about his feelings playing such a rich and intricate romance between the complicated couple.
Now it finally looks as though fans are getting their wish for the characters to finally admit their feelings and get back together - but it won’t be easy.
Viewers already know that executive producer Iain MacLeod has confirmed a summer wedding will be on the cards for Aaron (played by Danny) and Robert (Ryan Hawley).
Following the events of Christmas Day’s Groundhog Day-style trauma however, Robert vowed never to stand in his love’s way again, and has since been wrapped up with the court mess around his newborn baby Seb and the White family’s horrific car accident that resulted in Rebecca (Emily Head) in a coma.

Spilling the beans on how the duo could possibly rekindle their relationship by Valentine’s Day, Danny confessed that there’s a lot to reconcile.
"It’s about two people realising their feelings and trying to make the future right and the past right,” he told The Mirror.
When it comes to satisfying the fans however, who are some of the most vocal in soapland, Danny told a different story.
He continued: “Towards the end of February they will [be happy], maybe not on Valentine’s Day - but we like to tease them.

The award winner did concede that viewers have a “right to be” annoyed, as listening to fans is something the northern soap is well-known for.
He said: “A lot of people are annoyed right now, and rightly so, but that’s the idea of soaps.
“It’s to make you keep watching,” the actor added with a grin.

Hints from the Yorkshire Dales have teased in typically cryptic fashion that Aaron will have a big decision to make, and the actor went on to share his opinion on whether it’s the right one.
“I think so, yeah,” he said. "It’s one of those things where actually Aaron is the one who needs to get his head around what’s gone on in the backlog of the story and try and grow up and accept Robert for who he is.
"Yeah, I think it’s Aaron’s time to say, ‘This is how I feel’.”
