Amore, 31, was the reigning Cruiserweight Champion when he was first accused of raping a woman in a hotel room.
Police have confirmed they are investigating the case, and WWE announced yesterday Amore had been cut from the roster.
Philomena Sheahan, 19, has now gone public in a video interview to US gossip site TMZ, which said she had given permission to publish her name and face.
She claims she said “no countless times” and that the champion forced himself upon her.
In a statement released through his lawyer, Amore denied everything and said he hopes to “have it resolved in a timely manner”.

“And he was like ‘girl are you kidding me? You should be begging for this d***, I have a million followers on Instagram.”

Amore is a two-time Cruiserweight Champion and was the top star on WWE’s show 205 Live.
He made his debut on WWE’s main roster last year with his tag-team partner Big Cass before going solo.
The wrestler had a breakthrough year in which he stablished himself as a singles act, winning the division’s top belt twice in six months.
Rumours claimed Amore had been banned from the locker room after a real falling out with other wrestlers.
