BERWICK, Maine — The Berwick Police Department released the following police log for Dec. 3-29
Sunday, Dec. 3
Samantha Symington, 33, of Dover, was charged Dec. 3 with operating under the influence. Symington was bailed and released and is expected to appear for arraignment in Springvale on Feb. 13.
Tuesday, Dec. 5
Emily Benjamin, 18, of Rochester, was charged Dec. 5 with permitting unlawful use. Benjamin was summonsed and released and is expected to appear scheduled for arraignment in Springvale on Feb. 13.
Brian Bailey, 23, of Somersworth, was arrested Dec. 5 on four warrants and also charged with fugitive from justice, violating conditions of release, operating after suspension and resisting arrest or detention. Bailey was transported to the York County Jail and is expected to appear for arraignment in Springvale on Feb. 13.
Friday, Dec. 8
Garrett O'Brien, 31, of Dover, was charged Dec. 8 with operating without a license. O'Brien was summonsed and released and is expected to appear for arraignment in Springvale on Feb. 13.
Krystal Santana, 29, of South Berwick, was arrested Dec. 8 on a warrant. Santana was transported to the York County Jail.
Christopher Howard, 29, of Berwick, was charged Dec. 8 with operating after suspension. Howard was summonsed and released and is expected to appear for arraignment in Springvale on Feb. 13.
Wednesday, Dec. 13
Sarah Brophy, 20, of Berwick, was charged Dec. 13 with fail to report accident by quickest means. Brophy was summonsed and released and is expected to appear for arraignment in Springvale on Feb. 13.
Thursday, Dec. 14
Alex Jacobs, 24, of Milton, was charged Dec. 14 with exceeding posted speed limit by 30+ mph. Jacobs was summonsed and released and is expected to appear for arraignment in Springvale on Feb. 13.
Heather Demanche, 44, of Eliot, was charged Dec. 14 with providing false information during report of an accident and fail to report accident by quickest means. Demanche was summonsed and released and is expected to appear for arraignment in Springvale on Feb. 13.

Allen Brochu, 69, of Rochester, was charged Dec. 16 with fail to notify of property damage accident. Brochu was summonsed and released and is expected to appear for arraignment in Springvale on Feb. 13.

Ryan Turpin, 22, of North Berwick, was charged Dec. 20 with domestic violence assault, criminal trespass and violation of bail conditions. Turpin was transported to the York County Jail and was expected to appear for arraignment in Springvale on Jan. 9.

Krystle Mosandel, 33, of Somersworth, was charged Dec. 21 with operating unregistered motor vehicle and operating without a license. Mosandel was summonsed and released and is expected to appear for arraignment in Springvale on Feb. 13.

Joshua Twomey, 33, of Berwick, was arrested Dec. 28 on a warrant. Twomey was bailed and released and is expected to appear for arraignment in Springvale on Feb. 13.
