EastEnders' Vincent leaves fans baffled with heist money bombshell

EASTENDERS' Vincent Hubbard left fans scratching their heads as another heist money clue dropped.

Mick Carter (Danny Dyer) begged fellow member Vincent Hubbard (Richard Blackwood) for £150,000 in tonight's episode.

The Queen Vic landlord met his friend in the cafe with the proposal in a last attempt to save his beloved boozer.

Mick got on his knees and pleaded for help in cringeworthy scenes – which soon left viewers seriously confused.

The no-nonsense geezer started: "Usually I can sort out my problems but I can't see a way out of this one. So I'm here and I'm begging."

DESPERATE: Mick asked Vincent to help him out with his cash flow issues

"You think I've got millions tucked away?" quizzed Vincent.

Mick continued "We're talking 150 bags and I'll give you more interest than any man would. And Maguire, he's shafted us both so we need to stick together.

"I'm desperate. I know that it's a lot of dough and I hate the fact that I've got to ask you this."

Vincent then told Mick to wait a couple of hours and he'd sort it out.

And this nod from Vincent sparked a social media whirlwind with audiences confused as to how the businessman would come up with the cash so fast – and also why he decided to take part in the failed New Year's Day heist.

One person rolled their eyes: "Oh yeah, because of course Vincent can rustle up £150,000 in two hours."

"Why did Vincent do a robbery if he has £150k to give Mick?" demanded another.

A third continued: "Just wondering why Mick didn't ask Vincent for money ages ago when he only needed £2,000."

But EastEnders spoilers solved the puzzle moments later when Vincent returned to see Mick, only to reveal he wouldn't be helping him out after all.

"That is the most you'll ever get from me," Vincent said as he slammed a penny onto the bar.
