A man was killed Wednesday morning after a driver crashed into his pickup truck on the West Side, causing him to rollover, crash into a Mexican restaurant and become trapped inside his truck.

The impact rolled over the pickup truck into La Gloria Mexican Restaurant. The driver was trapped inside and firefighters had to cut through his vehicle to free him. Paramedics later pronounced him dead at the scene.
The driver of the sedan was transported to University Hospital in stable condition.
