PORT ORCHARD — A third suspect in a Silverdale robbery – where an alleged marijuana dealer was held at gunpoint and swatted away the pistol before fighting off his attackers – was arrested Tuesday after Kitsap County Sheriff’s detectives identified him and had a warrant issued.

Jamiriquan J. J. Graham-Harvey, 21, is alleged to have been the masked gunman during the Sept. 20 robbery outside the 76 gas station at 1195 NW Tahoe Lane, according to court documents.

Graham-Harvey has been charged with first-degree robbery. The two other suspects, Desmond Duane Moore, 18, and Tre Anthony Toledo, 18, were arrested shortly after the robbery based on the victim telling detectives he recognized them, according to court documents.

Moore and Toledo have pleaded not guilty. Graham-Harvey was booked into the Kitsap County Jail too late to be seen Tuesday in Superior Court.

The victim said the incident started when he was grabbed from behind as he walked toward the convenience store at the gas station. He was able to free himself and confront them and swat away the pistol, which was later recovered at the scene, according to documents. He told detectives he had stopped at the gas station to visit with a friend and then went to buy a drink when he was robbed.

Toledo, speaking to a detective, told a different version of the robbery, saying he and Moore believed the victim was a marijuana dealer. They planned to rob him and set up a ruse to buy $200 worth of marijuana at the gas station, according to court documents.

Graham-Harvey’s identity was determined when an anonymous source told a deputy that “Jamiriquan Graham” was the third robber.

Toledo confirmed Graham-Harvey was the third robber, giving his name as "Quan," according to court documents.
