OTTAWA — A program designing a heritage scrapbook page will be held at the Putnam County District Library, Ottawa. Sessions will be offered at 6 p.m. Feb. 5 and 11 a.m. Feb. 7.
The class is free and materials will be provided. Those attending should bring a picture to use.
