Speed kills : Two motorcyclists die in road mishap (Photos) 
Police say two persons were killed when a motorcycle collided with a cab head-on yesterday (Jan. 23) in Urali on the Jaffna - Palaly main road.
The cab was heading towards Jaffna from Palaly and the motorcycle was heading towards the opposite direction.
A 25-year-old resident of Kuppilan was killed on the spot while the other person who was aged 36 years died upon admission to the Jaffna Teaching Hospital.
Police said the motorcycle was travelling at high speed and the youth had failed to control it as a result.
