Despite just about everyone from the small screen cramming into London's O2 Arena for the , the outrageous gal was determined to keep the spotlight on herself.

Arriving on the red carpet in style, Chloe,22, oozed sex appeal and glamour in a floor length gown.

Featuring a plunging neckline, the MTV regular exposed as much of her chest as possible.

In fact, the garment's front was so skimpy that 80% of Chloe's assets were on show.
