Paul W. Bryant's boys basketball team earned a Class 6A, Area 7 win against Northridge on Tuesday with an 80-52 victory.
The Stampede was led by Marcus Bates with 16 points and 10 rebounds. Jared Sherfield scored 15 points and had six steals.
For Northridge, Sedrick Pettway scored 10 points.
Bryant (20-4, 5-0) will host Sipsey Valley on Saturday.
South Lamar 74,
Marion County 42
South Lamar (12-4) was paced by Alex Carter, Chase Gore and Malik Cox, who each hit for 16 points. Malachi Oglen also scored in double-figures with 13 points. South Lamar faces Hubbertville on the road Wednesday.
Holy Spirit 78,

Braylin Rhodes led the way for Holy Spirit (10-7, 4-3) with 19 points. Rhodes was joined in double figures by Phil McDuff and Jaylon Stevenson, who contributed 17 points and 16 points, respectively, while Mason Mulanix added 10.
Malik Betts scored 33 for Pickens County (6-11, 4-2) in a losing effort. Jay Wells scored 21 points.
Holy Spirit plays at Gordo Wednesday.
Tuscaloosa Christian 46,
Brooklane Baptist 41
Clay Ramsey posted a double-double in the victory, leading Tuscaloosa Christian (14-3) with 14 points and 10 rebounds. Landon Pate registered nine points.
Tuscaloosa Christian plays Friday at Meadowview Christian School.
Pickens Academy 58,

Lee Acker scored 13 points to lead Pickens Academy (15-0) in its regular-season finale. Seth Peeks and Grady McGlawn also reached double figures with 10 points apiece.
Pickens Academy with start postseason play Friday at Clarke Prep against an opponent that has yet to be determined.
North River Christian Acad. 60,

Allyn Robinson did the majority of the damage for North River (6-8), scoring 35 of the team’s 60 points. Jordan Coleman also reached double figures with 10 points in the regular-season finale.
North River will start the postseason on Thursday at Cornerstone.

BUHL - SV Taylor Smith led the way with 14 points. Denetria Williams had 13 and Shamir Brown had 10 points.

Maggie Sullivan led the charge on both ends of the floor for American Christian Academy (4-13), registering 17 points and eight rebounds in addition to five blocks. McCallie Hansford added 13 points and 9 rebounds for ACA, which hosts West Blocton on Thursday.

Olivia Lewis 20 points six rebounds to lead Pickens Academy. Allison Latham scored 13 points, and Shelby Lowe 12.
Southern Academy's Shelby Bamberg hit for 10 points.
Pickens Academy (11-4) will play in the region tournament in Grove Hill on Thursday.

Sakyia White had a double-double with 16 points and 13 rebounds in the win for Central in a Class 5A, Area 7 game.
Also for Central, Quintasia Leatherwood had 10 assists with eight points. MacKenzie Mahone hit for nine points with 10 rebounds.
Sumter Central's Miya Dent had five points and Kiya Dent had four points.
Central (19-5, 2-0), ranked No. 6 in 5A, plays at Sumter Central on Saturday for the area title.

Hillcrest (19-4) was led by Anya Banks with 18 points and Alton James scored 16.
Kai Foster led Brookwood with eight points.
Hillcrest travels to Northridge on Friday.
Holy Spirit 60,

Holy Spirit (14-1, 5-0) was led by Imani Thompson with 19 points, seven assists, six steals and three blocks. Laura Spence also chipped in with 13 points while Marley Mills contributed nine. With the win, Holy Spirit clinched the Class 1A, Area 9 regular-season title and earned the right to host the upcoming area tournament. Holy Spirit will play at Gordo Wednesday.
North River Christian Acad. 49,

Payton Tucker scored a career-high 29 points to lead North River (5-8) to a regular season-ending victory. Emma Ryan also added 14 points in the win. North River will begin postseason play Thursday at Cornerstone.
