THE North East Coalition of Motorcycle Clubs has announced that in the year of 2017 it has collectively raised a grand total of £37,750.
The money has gone to charities including Help for Heroes, Cancer Research, the Great North Air Ambulance and Support Our Soldiers.
A spokesperson for the group said motorcycle rides, rallies and fund raising events, collections for clothing and support for the homeless and “simply a lot of hard work by all involved” made this possible.

The North East Coalition of Motorcycle Clubs (NECMC) is hosted by Hells Angels MC Tyne & Wear and contains 28 clubs throughout the region.
Member clubs of NECMCC are: Hells Angels MC Tyne & Wear, Patriots MC, XXXX Crew MC, Northumberland, Selgovae MC, National Chopper Club Newcastle, Badlanders MCC, Bellatorum MCC, Brigantes Brotherhood, Draconians MCC, Dragonslayer MCC, Earl of Zetland MCC, Erebos MCC, Geordie HOG, Gunnar’s MCC, Gypsy Rebels MCC, Hylton Hornets MCC, Infidels MCC, Invictus MCC, Jokaz MCC, NABD, Revenants MCC, Stray Dogs Brotherhood, The North Men MCC, Twenty Twelve MCC, Twisted Sprockets MCC, Tyne Phoenix MCC, Votadini MCC, Wyrm Riders Brotherhood.
