WORCESTER - A Worcester man is charged with raping a 2-year-old child while a woman allegedly took photographs.
Joshua D. Rezsnyak, 24, of 53 Perry Ave., Apt. 3, was arrested Thursday near Walmart on Tobias Boland Way after a witness told police he was seen performing a sexual act with a young girl, according to court records. The witness told authorities that a woman, later identified by police as someone known to the child, was taking pictures, records show. The witness said the child was forced by the man to perform the sex act, according to court records.
The woman, Mary Magdelene McForbes, 26, was later arrested at the Worcester police station. She also lives at 53 Perry Ave.
Mr. Rezsnyak was arraigned Monday in Central District Court on a charge of aggravated rape of a child with a 10-year difference. He was held on $50,000 cash bail. Ms. McForbes was arraigned on charges of aggravated rape of a child with a 10-year difference and reckless endangerment of a child. She was held on $25,000 cash bail. Both are due to return to court Feb. 21.
