Scheme becomes effective on 18 January 2018

Security & Intelligence Services India announced that the National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench vide its order dated 22 December 2017 has approved the Composite Scheme of Arrangement of Security and Intelligence Services (India) and Service Master Clean (demerged companies) and SIS Asset Management (resulting company) and their respective shareholders and creditors.

The demerged companies and the resulting company have filed the certified true copy of the Order of NCLT with the Registrar of Companies on 18 January 2018 and the Scheme of Arrangement has become effective on 18 January 2018.
