A boutique hotel opens in the Northern Quarter this week, and it could be one of the coolest places to stay in the area.
Cow Hollow Hotel - named after the chic neighbourhood in San Francisco - opens later this week in a former textile warehouse at 57 Newton Street.
The boutique venue has ties with local restaurants - the names of which hotel owners are keeping a secret for now - offering exclusive discounts to guests and a free delivery service direct to your room.
And when you see the Cow Hollow Hotel's cosy interior you can see why some people might not want to leave their rooms.

A labour of love by husband and wife, Muj and Amelia Rana, the Cow Hollow Hotel has been painstakingly designed with a slick, luxurious fit out.
The hotel houses 16 rooms with king size beds handmade from railway sleepers, artwork by local designers, lashings of copper, and all the necessary tech - from super-fast fibre optic Wi-Fi to Netflix - in each room.

Hotel staff will bring up gourmet breakfast bags in the mornings, offer complimentary prosecco and nibbles in the evenings, and coffee in its lower-ground Aviary Cafe.

For drinks, guests can take a seat at the lobby cocktail bar, offering a list of drinks including £8 cocktails, £6 wine, £5 beers and £5 spirits.

The Cow Hollow Hotel doors open from January 25, and bookings are now being taken at cowhollow.co.uk with standard rooms priced at £120 per night and suites at £150 per night.
