YORKTOWN - A crash is blocking one southbound lane on the Taconic State Parkway, where a four-mile delay is slowing commuters this morning.
The crash occurred around 7:45 a.m. near Route 202 in Yorktown. There are delays south of Route 6 in Shrub Oak to the New Croton Reservoir.
