Annual Day at Sharda Vihar Mandir

The annual day of Sharda Vihar Mandir was observed with a lot of fervour and enthusiasm. As many as 1200 students of  37 centers participated in the annual day celebration here on Monday.

Ramji Bhasar, Chief of Vidyabharati Madhyaprut and Shashi Bhai Seth Chairman of Sharda Vihar Committee were present as the chief guests on the occasion. Besides, Mohanlal Gupta, Secretary of the Vidya Bharati, Purushottam G. Joshi Regional Head Service Shiksha Vidhya Bharti, Manager of Sharda Vihar Ajay Shivhanda inaugurated the event with lighting of the lamp.

The event began with a wonderful performance by the students on a prayer song. The students presented Ganesh Vandana on the staged leaving the audience enthralled in the beginning of the event. The students then performed Krishna Stuti on the song ‘Nandlala’ wherein they brilliantly showcased the childhood of Lord Krishna.

This was not it, the students mesmerised the audience with colourful performances in the next half of the event. A series of performance of folk dances followed the event. Children dressed up beautifully representing the different states of the country including Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra and many more spellbound the audience.

The parents of the students were also present among the audience. They appreciated the efforts put in by the students to present such a marvelous show before them.

Addressing the audience, Purushottam G. Joshi, Chief Guest, said that through a rational culture, a special change in society is seen and it will make  making India shine on the global map.

Ajay Shivwari, Managing Director, Sharda Vihar said that every year as well as this year, the students of the Sanskar centers in Sharda Vihar have demonstrated their art, it is worth seeing. In the program, small students gave the presentations and if their parents saw the presentations given by them, they could not stop them from doing so.

At the end of the programme, the guests awarded prizes to the winners of different performances.
