Oscar nominations 2018 - FULL LIST: See who’s nominated for this year’s Academy Awards
OSCARS nominations have been announced in full - you can see the full list right here.
The contenders for this year’s Oscars were announced from LA, bringing this year's awards season to a head.
Tiffany Haddish and Andy Serkis were in charge of procedings, which was being watched with eagle eyes by Hollywood’s key players.
Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri is the frontrunner with bookies to win the top prizes, with The Shape of Water, Darkest Hour, Call Me By Your Name and Lady Bird also featuring prominently.
The Post also received some love, with Meryl Streep receiving yet another nod; and Get Out and Call Me By Your Name were also well represented in the key categories.
The Shape of Water, Dunkirk and Blade Runner 2049 have a heavy presence in the technical categories, along with Star Wars: The Last Jedi.
The diversity in the top flight was more noticable here: unlike the Golden Globes, the Best Director field was neither all-white nor all-male; with Greta Gerwig (Lady Bird) and Jordan Peele (Get Out) receiving much-deserved nods.
