Mathura. The real benchmark of any educational institution worth its salt is its ability to shape the dreams of its students and secure their future. In this regard, placement opportunities play a very crucial role. GLA University, Mathura understands this well and always been at the forefront with regard to providing its students with the opportunities which would ensure that they leave this institution with a certainty. Carrying forward its legacy of path-breaking placement, 43 students of its polytechnic wing got placed recently. These students are from the Electrical Engineering stream and have been ecstatic after getting their dream jobs. They have found job opportunities with some of the leading names in their respective industries such as Voltas, Secure Meter and VVDN.
The students were selected after a rigorous process which included written test, group discussion and personal interview. Prior to this, the company representatives gave a ppt presentation to make the students aware about the organization. The selected students attributed their success to their parents, peers and university. They were all praise for the efforts being put up by the university management and the training and placement department towards ensuring a bright future. Treasurer and Secretary Society, Shri Neeraj Agrawal reiterated the commitment of the university towards the cause of the student fraternity and said that the university is going all out to ensure unprecedented placement records.
