Sports complex, restaurant coming to former Brandon Fletcher Intermediate School building

    The Brandon School District Board of Education accepted an offer to sell the Brandon Fletcher Intermediate School building.

    According to the Citizen newspaper of Ortonville, the board unanimously approved an offer for $750,000 on Jan. 15 from local business owner Barry Bass to purchase the building.

    Bass’ company, BLB Enterprises, will reportedly use the building for a sports complex and restaurant.

    The building has been closed since the end of the 2016-2017 school year.
