The man accused of shooting a pizza delivery person Saturday was arrested and charged with several crimes Monday.

Jarvis Maliek Jones, 17, of 1631 Fernwood Glendale Road, was charged with attempted murder, armed robbery, first-degree burglary, and possession of a weapon during a violent crime Monday afternoon according to Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office arrest warrants.

An incident report states deputies responded to Jones' home Saturday where a pizza delivery person had been shot twice.

Jones also robbed the delivery person, according to the report.

Several residents came forward to the Sheriff's Office with information about the incident, and investigators determined that Jones was one of two suspects in the case, the report states.

Lt. Kevin Bobo, a spokesman for the Sheriff's Office, said deputies are still investigating who the second suspect is.

Jones remained in the Spartanburg County jail Monday afternoon.
