FOSTORIA — ProMedica’s Fostoria Community Hospital’s 14th annual Fostoria Red Dress Luncheon will begin at noon Feb. 2 at the St. Wendelin Parish Life Center, 323 N. Wood St., Fostoria.
Sashem Brey, 13 ABC, WTVG-TV, Toledo, will emcee the jungle-themed event titled “Be Wild at Heart.” Musical entertainment will be provided by New Riegel High School Jacket Company. The event also features community leaders as celebrity waiters, door prizes and more.
The Fostoria Red Dress Luncheon celebrates the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women movement which calls for women to assume responsibility of their heart health and live stronger, longer lives.
The cost is $12 and includes a catered lunch and a donation to the AHA. The luncheon fee must be prepaid by Friday by calling the hospital’s wellness department at 419-436-6688.
