An Elyria attorney has been named to the Ohio State Bar Foundation.
According to a news release, Kevin W. Donovan was named to the board as a trustee and will serve as a member of the development, membership and policy review committees.
He is a shareholder at Fauver Keyse-Walker & Donovan, and focuses on business acquisitions, succession planning, business organization and tax exempt organization law. He’s licensed to practice in Massachusetts, Ohio, Colorado and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, U.S. Court of Military Appeals and U.S. Tax Court, the release said.
Donovan also serves on the board of the Lorain County Community Foundation, as the vice president of Kids in Flight Inc., as a member of the Admissions and Certified Grievance Committees of the Lorain County Bar Association and as a volunteer attorney for Operation Legal Help Ohio.
He is the past president of the Lorain County Bar Association and recently completed a three-year term on the OSBA’s board of governors, according to the release.
Donovan studied at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and his law degree from Boston University School of Law, according to the release.
