Minn. fire victim from western ND praised as outgoing, courageous

ALEXANDRIA, Minn.—Outgoing, courageous, spontaneous — these were the words Shandiin Rose Goodbird's twin sister, Nadean Goodbird, used to describe the teenager from Fort Totten in western North Dakota.
