Alleged Bar 7 shooter bound over for trial

A Jackson resident has been bound over for trial for a shooting at a Southfield Bar that left four people injured.

Andre Deshawn Robinson, 21, is charged with two counts of assault with intent to murder and firearms charges for the Dec. 16 incident at Bar 7 at 24528 W. 12 Mile Road. He’s scheduled to be arraigned Jan. 24 before Oakland County Circuit Judge James Alexander.

Robinson is among those who was wounded in the shooting. He’s in the Oakland County Jail on a $500,000 bond. Another person arrested in connection with the incident wasn’t charged.

This was the second shooting at Bar 7 in just over a year.
