A construction worker was found murdered in a building under construction on Dargah Road in Pallavaram on Sunday.
Babu, 45, a resident of Thirukovilur, was allegedly clubbed to death by his friend belonging to the same village, in a drunken brawl. Workers who arrived on the scene found Babu in a pool of blood and informed the police.
The Pallavaram police sent the body to the Government Hospital at Chromepet for post-mortem.
