Grammy Award-winning folk/Americana artist Gillian Welch will play the Peace Center April 9. An Evening With Gillian Welch, with her musical partner David Rawlings, will feature two sets of music without an opening act.
Tickets are $35, and go on sale at 10 a.m. Jan. 26.
Welch is nominated for a Grammy this year for Best American Roots Song for "Cumberland Gap," She was also featured on the Grammy-winning soundtrack to the 2000 film "O Brother, Where Art Thou."
Welch and Rawlings' latest album is the 2017 release "Poor David's Almanack."
