Wins for visually-handicapped Sri Lankan cricketers

Pakistan defeated Sri Lanka in their semi-final to qualify for the final of the cricket world cup for the visually-handicapped. Sri Lanka has been placed third in the overall tournament.

Bangladesh, Australia, India and Nepal too, are playing in the fifth edition of the tournament which is taking place in Pakistan and the UAE.

In their semi-final, Pakistan made 489 for eight in 40 overs and Sri Lanka replied with 337 off 40 overs. Sri Lanka has recorded wins against Australia (by 303 runs), Pakistan (by 340 runs) and Bangladesh (by five wickets).

They lost to India (by six wickets) and Pakistan by 159 runs.
