Deputies are dispatched to Happyville Road in reference to a man who is not feeling very happy.

"Upon  my  arrival  I  entered  the  home  and  saw (a man)  sitting  on  a  couch  in  the living  room  conscious  but  appeared  to  be  under  the  influence  of  an  unknown  substance," the deputy wrote. "He stated  that  while  walking  down  Happyville  Road  he  found  an  unknown  white  crystal like substance.  He stated  that  he  smoked  the  unknown  substance  and  began  feeling  tired."

The man reports he drove to the complainant's house.

The complainant says the man "stumbled  into  the  house  and  almost  passed  out  in  front  of  the  fire  place.  She  stated  that  he asked  her  to  call  911."

An ambulance arrives to take the man to the hospital and the case is closed.
