PORTLAND, Ore. -- A semi rolled over on Water Avenue on Sunday morning, blocking the off-ramp to Interstate 5.

Hazmat crews are cleaning up fuel and engine oil at the freeway off-ramp.

The cleanup is expected to last several hours. The freeway exit is closed and drivers should expect delays on Water Avenue.

Nobody was injured in the crash.
