Beckley, W.Va. (WVNS) - Raleigh County emergency crews rushed to the scene of a car accident Saturday, Jan. 20, 2018.
911 dispatchers confirmed the call came in just before 2:00 in the afternoon. Officials said two cars were involved in an accident in front of the Shell Gas Station on Pikeview Drive in Beckley.
On scene assisting with the wreck were the Raleigh County Sheriff's Office and Jan-Care Ambulance.
One person involved in the accident was transported to an area hospital. The condition of that person is unknown at this time.
