‘NAMI Basics’ course coming to Lorain County

NAMI Lorain County announced that it will hold “NAMI Basics,” a free, six-week, peer-directed education program developed specifically for parents and other family caregivers of children and adolescents who have either been diagnosed with a mental illness, serious emotional disturbance or who are experiencing symptoms but have not yet been diagnosed.

This class meets from 6:30 to 8 p.m., Feb. 13 to March 20, at Horizon Science Academy 760 Tower Blvd. in Lorain.
