SAN ANTONIO - Manu Ginobili has been upgraded to questionable for Sunday's game with the Indiana Pacers after missing the last two contests with a right thigh contusion.
Kawhi Leonard (return from injury management) and Rudy Gay (right heel bursitis) are out, according to the team's injury report released Saturday night.
Ginobili hasn't played since he suffered the injury while fighting through a screen set by former Spurs center Dewayne Dedmon in the first period of last Monday's loss at Atlanta.
