Tapias takes over as Telefonica's corporate VP

Camilla Tapias has taken over as corporate VP at Telefonica, in charge of regulation, institutional relations, sustainability and also the Telefonica Vivo Foundation, reports Telebras. Tapias has been with the company for 16 years, and will here take the place of Gustavo Gachineiro, who has held the position since the merger with GVT.

The career of Tapias includes a passage through the former MCI, a company that became the parent company of Embratel at the time of the privatization of Telebras.
