BUFFALO, NY — Flames struck a three-unit apartment building on Normal Avenue early Saturday morning.

According to Buffalo Fire, the fire started in the rear attic of the apartment building at 194 Normal Avenue in Buffalo at about 3:30 a.m.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.

Buffalo Fire says the Red Cross was called in to help the eight adults and one child displaced by the fire.

No injuries have been listed at this time.
