WOOSTER — Nora V. Boner, 93, of Wooster passed away Saturday, Jan. 20, 2018, at LifeCare Hospice.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 23, at Ripley Church of Christ with the Revs. Tom Benter and Jeremiah Stivers officiating. Burial will be at Ripley Cemetery. Friends may call Monday from 6-8 p.m. at Schlabach Funeral Home in Shreve.

Nora was born Sept. 12, 1924, in Cameron to John and Joanna (Boughner) Suppes and married Harold K. Boner on July 13, 1956. She had been a former employee of Rubbermaid for seven years and then became a fulltime homemaker. She was a member of Ripley Church of Christ, where she helped with the youth group and was active on the funeral luncheon committee. Nora was also an avid reader, enjoying mystery and romance novels.
Surviving in addition to her husband are daughter, Brenda (Randy) Webb of Wooster; granddaughters, Heather (Bradley) Long of Fishers, Indiana, and Brittany (Matthew) Hartzler and Renee Webb, both of Wooster; great-grandchildren, Madeline, Harper and Ethan Long and Evan and Elizabeth Hartzler; foster granddaughter Lori (Shawn) Short and family; brothers, John (Delores) Suppes of Rittman and Carl Suppes of Wooster; sister, Bessie (Kenneth) Nething of Hannibal; and brother-in-law Don Henthorn of Rittman.
She was preceded in death by brothers, Colonel and Paul Suppes; and sisters, Marie Schaffter, Mae Otstriech, Pauline Alleman, Zelda Mokosh, Nancy Pumneo, Vada Nething, Gail Henthorn and Caroline Kirkland.
