Julie Anne Herrin and Emil George Michael were married Jan. 20 at the Faena Hotel in Miami Beach. Keith Light, a friend of the couple who became a Universal Life minister for this event, officiated.
The bride, 37, works in San Francisco as the head of sales for IfOnly, a company that offers a curated selection of local activities and experiences with top talent across many categories. She graduated from the University of San Diego.
She is a daughter of Alice S. Herrin and Christopher P. Herrin of Beaverton, Ohio.
The groom, 45, was, until June 2017, the chief business officer for Uber. He graduated from Harvard and received a law degree from Stanford.
He is the son of Camellia Michael and George Michael of New Rochelle, N.Y.
The bride’s previous marriage ended in divorce.
The couple met in 2012 at the Hyde Nightclub at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas.
