Two armed bandits wearing dark clothing robbed the Chase Bank on Woodside Road in Woodside Saturday morning, escaping with an undisclosed amount of cash, the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office reported.
About 11 a.m., two robbers entered the bank, near the Village Pub in the town of Woodside, approached employees and demanded money. They left the bank and vanished in a vehicle, according to sheriff’s spokesman Salvadore Zuno. No injuries were reported.
