Fort Wayne rallies past Bison men to earn Summit League victory

FORT WAYNE, Ind.—Bryson Scott scored a game-high 31 points to lead Fort Wayne to a 92-88 victory against North Dakota State on Saturday in Summit League men's basketball at Memorial Coliseum.

The Bison led by as many as 15 points late in the first half before the Mastodons rallied for victory. Fort Wayne used a 10-0 run in the final four minutes to overcome NDSU.

Paul Miller paced the Bison with 21 points, nine rebounds and five assists. AJ Jacobson added 21 points, including 5-for-7 shooting from 3-point range.

The Bison shot 67 percent (20 of 30) from the field in the first half to take a 51-40 lead into halftime. NDSU shot 38 percent (12 of 32) from the floor in the second half. Fort Wayne outscored the Bison 52-37 over the final 20 minutes. The Mastodons held the lead for less than seven minutes.
